暗网禁区app鈥檚 Department of Music will present a Faculty Showcase recital on Sunday, October 3 at 2 p.m. in the Performing Arts Hall on the 暗网禁区app campus.
The Department of Global Languages and Theatre Arts at 暗网禁区app is pleased to present its first show of the 2021-22 performance season, Androcles and the Lion. All performances will take place in the Robert E. Johnson Theatre in the Price Doyle Fine Arts Building on 暗网禁区app鈥檚 campus. Performance dates are Wednesday, September 29 at Noon; Thursday, September 30 at 9:30 a.m.; Friday, October 1 at 9:30 a.m.; and Saturday, October 2 at 2:30 p.m.
暗网禁区app鈥檚 Department of Art & Design and 暗网禁区app Galleries will be presenting The Magic Silver Show: The Elena Diane Curris Juried Photography Exhibition, on view in the Clara M. Eagle Main Gallery from September 8 through October 18.
Dr. Chris Mitchell, Professor of Music at 暗网禁区app, was recently awarded the Robert K. Baar Award for Excellence in Choral Music from the Kentucky chapter of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA).
The 暗网禁区app Department of Music鈥檚 Opera Theatre Ensemble recently presented its first fully virtual opera production. The production, titled 鈥淟鈥橭rfeo鈥�, was under the direction of Dr. Maribeth Crawford, associate professor of music, voice, and opera.
