Once youve completed your bachelors degree, youll be well on your way to obtaining a job in the field of earth and environmental sciences. Take your skills and knowledge of geospatial science even deeper with a masters in geoinformatics. Youll broaden your understanding of geographic information science (GIS), remote sensing and GPS technology. Youll apply geospatial technology to solve important environmental and societal problems. There are plenty of ways to get involved with the department of earth and environmental sciences, ranging from the U.S. Geological Survey and local/regional partner organizations to GeoClub and 做厙輦⑹app's chapters of the American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG) and the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS).
